Really fantastic food and atmosphere. I’ve been here a lot and I usually come back for the Linguini with Clams and Mussels. Pizzas are also great. Overall this is a killer spot and the staff are so amazing ! Very kind people Also, No Reservations, No decaf and No dessert. So order some appetisers.
I recently visited Sodini's Trattoria and had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant has a warm, authentic atmosphere that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the meal, making the entire experience enjoyable and relaxed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. Every dish reflected quality ingredients and traditional Italian cooking, with generous portions and beautiful presentation. The menu offers a variety of options, including choices that can accommodate different dietary preferences and restrictions. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, creating the perfect setting for a casual dinner or special gathering. Combined with the excellent service and delicious cuisine, the overall experience exceeded expectations. Absolutely fantastic experience at Sodini’s. The food was outstanding—easily some of the best Italian I’ve had, and that’s coming from someone who’s spent plenty of time in New York. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce rich and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. What really made the experience stand out was the hospitality. Mark, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel genuinely special. I was traveling alone, and he went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere has that classic old-school Italian charm that’s hard to find. This is the kind of place you come back to every time you’re in San Francisco. Highly recommend.
We had amazing Service here. My spaghetti and meatballs was good. As as the salad. People at my table, had the Jeannine and clamps that they said was excellent. Our server went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, even though we had a two-year-old at the table. They have a lovely red wine in carafe’s for a good price. Not a bad place to check out. They have been around for years.
