Stopped by for a quick drink and bite and also for the dog menu! The hostess was super nice and I loved the qr menu. We keep to ourselves my husband and I so it was nice to order from the qr code. We got the salmon taquitos and the egg and purple rice for our dog. They kept our water pitcher full and our drinks were so good and really nice size for the price.
Second time here, first time for food, what a lovely gem especially on a warm, sunny day! Love that they have a combination of staff and self-service ordering. The food was fresh and healthy while still filling. Drinks are tasty and strong. Most of all, I love that they have a dog menu option. Also looks like they have event options like bingo and a DJ several nights per week.
Palm House is highly recommended if you’re looking for a great spot for happy hour and small bites. The drinks are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I tried their Palm House slushy, which was the perfect treat for a warm day in SF! We also loved the food—all the small bites were so delicious that we ended up ordering second and third rounds because they were just too good to stop at one! Beyond the food and drinks, the technology here is a huge plus. They use QR code ordering at the table, which makes the whole process so much faster and more convenient. You don't have to wait for a server to take your order, and you can even settle your final bill directly through the QR code. Everything came out lightning-fast. It’s also a top-tier spot to watch sports—I recently came here to watch the one of World Cup game, and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend!
This is the cutest, most dog friendly patio with tropical food and drinks. Of all of the "puppy menu" places we have tried, this one had the most thoughtful and hearty. Thanks for having us!
We got the chicken sandwich, the macadamia nut mac and cheese, the popcorn shrimp, and shrimp tacos. The chicken sandwich was flavorful and crispy, even without the extra toppings. The macadamia nut mac and cheese had a good balance of flavors. The popcorn shrimp was small and crispy, fitting as an appetizer. We ordered the shrimp tacos, but we received fish tacos instead. It was still tasty though. We were sat in the outer area, where service was less convenient than inside where the bar area is. It was a bit confusing to order, especially with a group, but the staff helped us figure it out. I’d say this place is worth a try when visiting.
