We only had two days in San Fran and we went here both mornings for breakfast it is that good. The staff are very kind and attentive! The coffee is amazing and the breakfast food is great and that’s saying something coming from the south! Thank you all for treating us so well and we highly recommend this place to anyone!
We had been looking for a place to have breakfast this morning. A couple other places we were trying for were too difficult to park near. We came across Pat's as we were driving around and I'm certainly glad that we did. This place is really wonderful. They have a piano player that plays while you dine. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Their suggestions were top-notch. They even went out of their way to make us feel at home.
Came here for a birthday breakfast for my mom and it was great. The cafe is small but charming, you can tell it has been here for a while and is a favorite to a lot of folks. The staff were super nice, the menu has tons of options, and the portions were huge. My brother got the Mexican omelette, I got the biscuits and sausage gravy, and my mom the Mexican chilaquiles. We also shared a two stack of pancakes. We left super full and satisfied after our meal. Would come again.
Absolutely wonderful breakfast place - it wasn’t too busy, and the food was fast and great! There was plenty of seating on the inside, and we got seated right away. Lots of variety on the menu as well, so something for everyone.
Fun, charming, affordable, filling! All of which can be applied to the trip my wife and I just made to SF, but especially applied to this gem of a find in DTSF :) We chose this place on a (hungry) whim and were so pleased! The staff was friendly and attentive (but not overly attentive), the food was diverse, affordable, filling, and tasty (not an easy combo to find, especially in California overall), and most impressively, the decor was killer! Right down to the "Doctors without Borders" poster in the bathroom, in French, haha. If you are feeling hungry and funky and artsy, please give this place a try!
