Dacha was excellent. The sorrel soup brought me right back home. Everything had so much fresh greenery and herbs that the dishes actually felt alive, not heavy or flat like in many restaurants. The trout was so buttery I honestly thought it was salmon at first. Service was amazing from the second we walked in, the drinks were interesting and actually worth trying, and the interior was beautiful too. I loved the mix of modern style with the older details, especially the wallpaper and fireplace. Very warm place, very good food

This place is incredible. It remains a mystery that such a restaurant isn’t in more food guides. The food was unique and delicious as were the cocktails. The staff were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I learned about a Ukrainian poet and had wonderful discussions with a few different staff including one of the owners.

I was blown away on my first visit here. We came for Saturday Brunch and amazingly there was no wait. My partner and I really appreciated that they had non-alcoholic drinks as well as craft cocktails rather than the standard brunch mimosas. The food was all AMAZING- how can you make eggs Benedict that good with kefir instead of the standard heavy butter hollandaise?! The beet soup was vibrant and so tasty and no one would convince me that the pancakes were gluten free and vegan if I didn't hear it from the owners mouth. All and all the best brunch I've had in SF in years.

We went to Dacha on a date with my husband and it was really nice. I loved the beautiful interior and spacious dining area. Tables for two are tiny though so from time to time we had hard times rotating the plates while sharing. Food: Syrniki were our favorite! Soft and juicy with a bit crunchy brûlée outside + raspberry sauce on the side. Top notch! Rustic Benedict was flavorful and full of texture thanks for crisp potato pancakes they used instead of muffins. The dessert - Pavlova cake was a bit bland though. Too much sweet cream and just a little of the fruit filling which supposed to make the taste more diverse. The other downside was the $9 for still water. Outside of that the place is nice and I’m planning to come back to try their borscht and golubci.

My family and I had a wonderful experience overall. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious. The peroshki’s were very good and so was the fresh bread in the bread basket we ordered. We ordered the Goulash and the beef was tender and juicy. The honey cake was a fantastic way to end the dinner. We went last Saturday and they had a DJ- the music was chill and perfect for the ambience. Highly recommend!
