This cafe is wonderfully cozy, and somehow manages to fit a surprising number of seating options into what initially looks like a tiny space. There are seats, and chairs. We ordered the chai latte, and an espresso tonic with coconut syrup. The espresso tonic was bold, refreshing, and somehow deliciously balanced at the same time. Definitely not your ordinary coffee drink! There are lovely little bits and bobs to browse and buy, from pencils sketches and mugs to candles, which adds to the cafe’s character. And a special shoutout to the kind server who graciously gave us the key to the loo at the Infinity Hotel when we needed it. Small gesture, big kindness.
Twisted St. Cafe is a cozy neighborhood café on Lombard Street with both indoor and outdoor seating. Although it's fairly small, it has a comfortable atmosphere and makes a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee. During my visit, I ordered a drip coffee, which was strong, flavorful, and well prepared. The staff member working behind the counter was friendly and welcoming, and service was quick. The café also offers several breakfast options, and the Avocado Toast looked especially popular. It's a good spot to sit for a while, enjoy a coffee, and watch the activity along Lombard Street. I'll likely return to try the Avocado Toast on a future visit.
This had been on my list for a while, and I’m glad I finally made it there. One thing I really liked right away is that they serve their brunch menu all day, which is always a huge plus for a breakfast person. I tried the avocado salmon toast, cortado, and yogurt granola bowl. The toast was surprisingly flavorful despite being simple in terms of ingredients, which honestly says a lot about the quality. The yogurt granola bowl was also really good, especially with the almond butter topping that added a lot to the overall taste. The cortado was smooth and well made. It is a tiny, cozy little spot, but the food really stands out. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in the area and craving a solid brunch.
This café is absolutely lovely! The coffee is delicious, and the food tastes amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel very welcome. The only downside is that there isn’t much seating space, but if you’re lucky, you might still manage to grab a spot.
