Really generous portions and well seasoned meat. I loved the chicken bowl and the house made salsas. Everything tastes like it is made with love and I am happy I stumbled upon this restaurant. The owner was so nice and crisped up my tortilla perfectly. I ordered an extra side pollo because it was sooo good. 10 stars
If your hungry on the streets of Haight and Ashbury you should come here. They are very welcome here and have Spanish shows on the TV. They have a very large menu and everything that looks good is good. They have a breakfast menu that goes all day. :)
12 dollar burrito. Amazing delicious taco for 4.50. Incredible al pastor. And the best horchata I’ve had in S.F. in a minute. Friendly service! Good prices. We are sf locals, and if you are tourist looking for a quick delicious bite this spot is for you! If you are a local, and want some super solid Mexican for a good price, it’s also for you. I didn’t have breakfast but they have an incredible breakfast menu
We had an extraordinarily delicious breakfast at Caramba! My huevos ranchera was beautifully garnished with pickled onions and avocado. My wife’s huevos à la mexicana was super savory and delightful. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing and the coffee was rich and fresh. The service was super friendly and welcoming. Our new favorite spot!
This is my favorite Mexican and Latin food restaurant in the Haight-Ashbury! I think it's a hidden gem! They have excellent breakfast options, including pancakes and French toast, excellent menu options including vegetarian options and hamburgers. They are very flexible with special requests. I'm vegetarian and I love their spinach and mushroom enchiladas, their hot chocolate is delicious and their coffee very good. My friends love their tamales, seafood and meat dishes. The staff, specially Ileana and the Chef Victor, are excellent! I highly recommend it!
