A Taste of Thailand in San Francisco 🇹🇭❤️ I had dinner at Song Wat Thai with my friends and really enjoyed the whole experience. We ordered several dishes to share, and everything had so much flavor. My absolute favorite was the Kua Kling Kon Samui 🔥. It was spicy, full of herbs and spices, and had a strong Southern Thai flavor. I loved it so much! The heat was real, but having some Thai iced tea between bites made it even more enjoyable. 😂 The Massaman Nuea with roti was also delicious. Dipping the roti into the curry was such a good combination! I also enjoyed the Kolae Beef Skewers and Yum Duck with Thai Taco. For dessert, the Sticky Rice & Taro with Coconut Ice Cream was amazing — definitely worth trying! I also loved the beautiful, classic, and stylish atmosphere. The decoration reminded me of Song Wat Road in Bangkok and gave me a little feeling of being back in Thailand. The service was great too. Our servers were friendly, calm, and always smiling, even when they were busy. Overall, a really enjoyable Thai dining experience. If you love Thai food, especially spicy Southern Thai flavors, definitely give Song Wat a try! 🇹🇭❤️

Amazing food and beautiful presentation. The Miang Kum was my favorite such a unique combination of flavors. The beef in the Massaman curry was incredibly tender, and the duck salad was fresh and full of flavor. Everything tasted authentic and well-balanced. The mango sticky rice was the perfect ending (;
New, more modern Thai restaurant than it’s predecessor at the same spot. It’s nicely decorated and pretty quiet and cozy. They have an interesting menu. We shared the larb hed (picture) and then each of us got our own Ka Pow (tofu and pork belly). Everything was very flavorful, portions were generous and the service really kind. Keep it up and thank you!
