The Food that i ordered was fantastic specially the seafood pasta in tomato sauce , rich in taste, large serving. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. Ambiance was pleasant. I do recommend this place, i enjoyed my visit.
My husband and I were in town for a very short weekend and were recommended Original Joe’s but when we popped in it was very loud and not the atmosphere we were looking for. So we walked up the street and stumbled upon North Beach Restaurant and from the moment we stepped inside we knew it was going to be an amazing experience. The design of the restaurant is elegant and the service was so informative and thoughtful. Our server was very knowledgeable about the wine we ordered samples of to choose from and honestly it was hard deciding between the three because they all tasted amazing. We were trying to hit many food spots within our trip and so were only popping in for a bite to eat. We settled in on the pesto gnocchi and our server gave us the option to add chicken on. He served it to us already split between two plates and the presentation still looked very intentional. It was exactly what both of us were wanting out of a mid afternoon meal and the chicken was a great addition. After we finished our food we decided to try the house made tiramisu which was absolutely divine! Overall, amazing experience and we will be back to try all the pasta options that sounded equally delicious.
We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my mom’s birthday here! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and perfect for a special occasion. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The pasta was rich and flavorful, the steak was cooked perfectly and paired beautifully with the cheese and sauce, and the seafood dish was fresh and well-balanced. Even the sides like the vegetables and polenta were done so well. And the desserts — especially the tiramisu and cheesecake — were the perfect ending to the meal! What really stood out was the presentation and attention to detail. Every plate looked beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. The service was also excellent — attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and special without being rushed. Overall, this was the perfect place for a family celebration. My mom had a great birthday, and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
First time her. Enjoyable ambiance with live singing and music. Service was attentive and nice. And the food was delicious. I got the eggplant Parmesan while others in my party got pesto gnocchi and other amazing looking dishes. Will be back here for sure to this North Beach restaurant!
North Beach Restaurant is truly the best spot in the neighborhood. I eat there all the time. Their dishes are incredible — the tortellini, the seafood pasta, the lasagna, the prosciutto with burrata — everything is outstanding. The service is exceptional. Francesco is the best host, always so attentive, and the whole team makes you feel genuinely cared for. They put so much love into every dish. I really, really recommend this place.
