⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue where my order was accepted by Pad Pad restaurant but it was already closed. It was disappointing at first, but after I called the number provided, the woman I spoke with was incredibly kind, patient, and sincerely apologetic. She went above and beyond by arranging another meal for me, which I truly appreciated. Mistakes can happen, and what stood out to me was how professionally and compassionately the situation was handled. Thank you, Pad Pad, for making things right with such excellent customer service!
