The food was excellent! I eat a lot of gourmet burgers around the world and this was long the best. I had the spicy meltburger with fresh jalapenos, lettuce, avocado, and spicy sauce. I also got chicken and bacon Mac n cheese and Parmesan fries. Everything tasted amazing. It was a little pricier than a generic fast food burger place but it was worth it!
Went there as soon as they opened to get a breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint!! I was able to customize it the way I wanted to and it turned out amazing. An egg melt with avocado, caramelized onions and mushrooms. Absolutely delicious
Good food and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The wait times can be pretty good but no one really says if your order is ready if you order online. It's difficult to get someone's attention. Other than that the whole place is good.
My husband and I decided we would take a long weekend from Pittsburgh, PA and visit San Francisco!!!! We were both hungry and stumbled upon , The Melt. Ohhh my gosh, this place is beyond words. A place you will dream about! The burger and fries are like no other!!!! Outstanding!!! It’s an absolute must We would give it 15 stars!!! Thank you for having us!
Ordered the double BBQ bacon burger with fries and it absolutely hit. The burger was juicy, stacked perfectly, and the BBQ sauce + bacon combo was on point without being overwhelming. Fries were hot, crispy, and fresh. What really stood out was the customer service—super friendly when I asked questions about the menu, and they were happy to give extra sauce without any attitude. You can tell they actually care about the experience, not just the food. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m craving a solid burger.
