First time heard about this spot I enjoyed the pizza a lot. I love how fast customers strive and atmosphere was good I see a lot of people go there since the price is right. So definitely recommend this spot will go back there in the future
The veggie slice was just okay — a bit dry and somewhat cold, and it didn’t have the classic veggie toppings like mushrooms, peppers, and onions. The toppings were kind of unusual, so it wasn’t really my thing. The potato and garlic slice, though? Fantastic. Definitely worth ordering again. That one really stood out.
Ended up ordering another slice to share so that we got to try the potato and garlic pizza. Great pizza, nice and chilled vibes. Good for a quick stop before hitting all the shops!
I know there are so many places in San Fran that social media stars love to showcase, and I am sure those places are good. But every time I come to san francisco I have to go to Escaoe from New York pizza in the Haight. I will say that I generally like a slice of cheese, but today not only did I get the cheese I got their roasted potato with roasted garlic with pesto and cheese pizza and at first I was like who puts potatoes on pizza, now I want to know why more places dont 😅. My husband got the mushroom pizza, and im not gonna lie I was jealous and kicking myself for not getting a mushroom as well. All of the pizzas were delicious, but the potato one was my favorite! And the young woman working at the counter was very friendly as well!
