GET THE WINGS!! other than that, their food was good! If you like panda express, I Would suggest you go to the nearest one instead but if you are looking for real authentic asian food with hard working staff and spicy food, this might be the place for you. My fortune cookie reads: "sports are a great way to build character and develop readership skills". I am off to the gym - peace!
Ok, so this is Chinatown. Of course it’s busy. Of course it’s hectic. But finding this gem was the highlight. As the planner of any vacation I always need to keep in mind my picky eaters, my two kids and my wife. After having looked at photos I decided to bring the family here. My wife and kids gave it glowing reviews. The egg rolls were perfect. The broccoli beef, juicy. The pork fried rice was so good. They ate everything I put on their plate, and as any parent to small kids would know, that is the ultimate seal of approval. I’m going to recommend this place to anyone looking for food in Chinatown
😋 😋 😋 Did not wait long before food arrived! Salt pepper wings - get this your first time! Great flavor, crispiest chicken wings I’ve had in Chinatown…and possibly rest of SF. Aria is a close contender but location is more sketchy. I like that this is not drowned in sauce like at San Tung Fukien egg tofu - great flavor and texture, I like the contrast of super thin crispy skin with soft jiggly tofu, no chewing required, satisfying to eat Pea shoots - fine Green bean with pork - fine, more crunchy than I expected Chicken chow mein - did not like the thin noodles, I prefer thicker noodles that are more chewy; too oily also Good portion size, I suggest ordering one dish per person for no leftovers. Loud during peak hours but nice and quiet if you go during a lull. They take cash and credit card.
My girlfriend and I love this spot. Their salt and pepper chicken wing is our favorite and we go to sf chinatown just for this, its definitely a must try if you are in Chinatown. Overall, great food and I love the authentic casual vibe of this place.
During our tour of downtown San Francisco, we found ourselves extremely hungry. The recommendation of this place came from my son's friend. Despite the tight space, we ordered several entrees after my son assured me of their fried chicken's quality. Upon tasting, I was left speechless; the food is far superior to what I've experienced in Texas. It's indeed puzzling why Canton restaurants like this aren't found in Texas.
