Beautifully designed, clean, welcoming, and completely relaxing.
First time trying something like this and I absolutely loved it! Isaiah was super friendly and very helpful about explaining the different benefits of the treatments. My partner and I did the contrast therapy. In the sauna you are able to connect your music and vibe while you’re relaxing.
I had a great time doing the contrast therapy. Really nice/modern spa and super friendly people. Highly recommend!
Beautiful, highly professional new facility in the Castro, a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The 1hr float was amazing! I’d definitely go back.
What a wonderful experience! I came for the sauna/cold plunge contrast and it was awesome. The staff were super friendly and the space is beyond gorgeous and calming. I’m scared of cold plunge but did it and very proud of myself, the staff was proud of me too:) the sauna has blue tooth speakers so I could play my own music and drift into calm land. Can’t wait to come back and try more services!
