Body Harmony, located at 2000 Van Ness Ave in San Francisco's vibrant Pacific Heights neighborhood, provides an array of wellness services focusing on colon hydrotherapy, infrared sauna sessions, and Biomat treatments. This clean and private wellness space is situated within the Medical Arts Building and offers a tranquil escape for those looking to detoxify and restore balance to their bodies naturally.

The atmosphere at Body Harmony is designed to put clients at ease. With two therapy rooms and two bathrooms, personal privacy is clearly a priority. The environment is further enhanced by a welcoming therapy office dog named Maple, fostering a sense of calm and comfort.

Colon hydrotherapy, one of the primary services offered, is a gentle method used to cleanse the large intestine. This process utilizes warm filtered water to improve colon function and aid in waste elimination. Expert therapists guide clients through the session to ensure a safe and effective experience.

In addition to colonics, Body Harmony also features an infrared sauna. These saunas facilitate detoxification through increased sweating, allowing the body to expel toxins via the skin. For those seeking relief from pain and a boost in relaxation, the Biomat sessions provide a medical-grade infrared crystal mat proven to reduce inflammation and enhance overall health.

The proprietor's approach to wellness emphasizes a heart-centered and personalized pathway to healing. With over 28 years of hands-on experience, the therapist tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, combining therapies such as visceral massage and essential oils.

Body Harmony stands as a dedicated hub for those prioritizing their health and well-being. Offering a holistic methodology, this wellness center is ideal for anyone looking to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to their body's natural healing processes.

I met Anne, owner o Body Harmony, 29 years ago. I can't say enough good things about her. She's top notch. All of these years, she has consistently been professional, respectful, loving, and gentle when working with me. She has been a role model of excellent health and health management. Colonics have made my digestion healthier than it has ever been. Thank you Anne for your love and care. You've made my life better in so many ways.

I can confidently say that Body Harmony Colonics is the best place for colon hydrotherapy and digestive wellness in San Francisco. After visiting several colonic centers over the years, I have never experienced this level of care, professionalism, education, and overall well-being. The practitioner has over 29 years of experience and is incredibly knowledgeable about the gastrointestinal system, detoxification pathways, gut health, women’s wellness, and perimenopause. What sets her apart is not only her expertise but her genuine passion for educating her clients. She takes the time to explain what is happening during the session, what to expect, and how different factors such as constipation, bloating, hormone changes, and lifestyle habits can affect digestive health. The space itself clean, calming, and intentionally designed to create a comfortable and private experience. Unlike many other colonics where you are left alone, she remains attentive throughout the session, coaching you through breathing techniques, positioning, and providing gentle abdominal support and massage to help facilitate the elimination process. The warm abdominal pad was an amazing touch that helped me relax and feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She also uses a massager to stimulate pressure points in different areas of the body, which also helps with relaxation during the session. I initially sought treatment because I had been struggling with chronic constipation, abdominal bloating, digestive discomfort, hormonal changes related to perimenopause, weight gain, hot flashes, and abdominal tension. Since starting treatments, I have noticed significant improvements in my digestion, comfort, and overall sense of well-being. What impressed me most was how supported and cared for I felt during the entire process. Colon hydrotherapy can feel intimidating, especially for first-time clients, but her compassionate approach, extensive knowledge, and hands-on guidance make the experience comfortable and empowering. If you are looking for colonics in San Francisco, relief from constipation and bloating, support during perimenopause, or simply want to improve your digestive wellness, I highly recommend Body Harmony Colonics. This is truly a five-star experience and one of the best investments I have made in my health.

I cannot recommend Anne at Body Harmony enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Anne is incredibly caring, patient, and professional, taking the time to truly listen and understand my needs before beginning the session. I was seeking help for some ongoing discomfort, and the relief she provided was immediate and significant. It is rare to find a practitioner who combines such high-level technical knowledge with a genuinely warm and supportive approach. If you are looking for a place where you will be treated with respect and leave feeling immensely better, Body Harmony is it. Thank you, Anne!

How can I describe my experience with Anne at Body Harmony eloquently, succinctly, and completely? I’m not sure I can in just a few words—but I’ll try… I’ve experienced the joy, warmth, and safety of working with Anne for the past ten years as I navigated the long journey of reclaiming balance and recovery from chronic, complex conditions I’ve carried since childhood (including Chiari malformation, chronic Lyme and co-infections, hypermobility, chronic fatigue, persistent pain, and later on, jaw cavitations, endometriosis, and more). There has been no other health practitioner I’ve trusted more. Throughout all this time, she has continually shown up for me with kindness, compassion, and an open heart, mind, and ear. I cannot rave enough about her—and that’s without even mentioning her remarkable depth of experience and intuition built over many years of dedicated work in the wellness field. If you are seeking guidance during a detox or cleanse, or simply want to know what it feels like to think and feel clearer than you have in ages, I highly recommend booking a few colonic sessions with her to get started. I can say with complete honesty that meeting Anne has changed my life for the better.
