As the owner of Walsh Electric, I really appreciate quality craftsmanship when I see it. Vital Ice Cold Plunges in the Marina is a top-class facility with excellent lighting, a premium finish, and great attention to detail throughout. The cold plunges and infrared saunas are fantastic, and the entire space feels clean, professional, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend.
This was such an amazing and relaxing experience! I first heard of Vital Ice through my employer and decided to try it out with my significant other who has never done anything involving saunas and ice baths. We booked a private room which included an infrared spa and ice plunge. Going between both the sauna and ice bath really awoke my sense and put my body at ease. Excited to continue coming back and trying the community space!
I’ve been counting down to the opening of this recovery studio, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful, high-end space, super clean, and an amazing team. I’m new to saunas and cold plunging, but I’m hooked! I leave every session feeling better both mentally and physically. Vital Ice also really leans into community, creating a fun, social atmosphere while you recover together.
This was place far exceeded my expectations. Spotless inside, top notch facility, red light treatment in the sauna, and the friendliest people working there. This is exactly the type of local business that deserves support in SF. Highly recommend. Check them out.
Great new cold plunge and sauna spot. Very clean, with a relaxing vibe and friendly staff. The sauna is perfectly hot, and the cold plunge leaves you feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend!
