What a find! If you haven’t had a body scrub before, this is where you need to get one! For a 30 minute body scrub, you will come out glowing from head to toe!!! It’s very close to Japan town , perfect for parking and some choices of restaurants. Next to pearl spa is a Korea bbq place.
I was recently there and had a wonderful massage and scrub by Kaity! The one thing is they say be on time, which I was. They proceeded to immediately take me in to do the massage and scrub for the hour. I wasn’t even aware they had clay rooms or anything. I would expect if you are new and trying for the first time, that they would explain either before or after, access to the facilities. I had a 130 credit and all I got was the massage and scrub experience. When getting dressed the manager just kept pacing around, almost as if she’s just checking up on the customers. There are plenty of cameras, relax. That pacing energy I’m not sure what it’s for but I have noticed other comments on it. Not sure if it’s to try to get you out soon. Anyway, I was there for another hour drying my hair and ate 2 snack bars.
If you can’t find a reservation online, call their phone! I was able to find one for my intended time :) This is my first time at a nude spa so it was a bit to get used to at first but you can walk in a robe for the most part, it’s the facilities themselves where you need to be nude in. I had Mimi and she was very attentive and helpful! I had a very great experience with her and I’d love to be booked with her again, she makes sure you’re very comfortable. I came for the hot tub but I found myself enjoyed the Himalayan salt facility and the red clay facility instead - they were super relaxing. I loved the array of products they had: skincare, haircare, and the Dyson hair dryer line! Plus, the tea was very tasty. I went on a visit to San Francisco but I’d love to come to the city again just for this spa. Super great experience!
Amazing ladies' spa! I walked in and was able to get a massage scheduled (that may not always work). If you are very private or germaphobic, this may not be the place for you because it's topless or nude in all the relaxation rooms/pools, but they supply everything you could need for a day of beauty, including robes and towels, Dyson hair tools and Aveda products. Bring your own brush if possible...they have some but they were in high demand. I wish I lived closer because I'd come here all the time! Be aware most spaces are no talking or cell zones so relaxxxxx.
10/10! I saw Dana for my scrub and massage. She was efficient, used perfect pressure, and thoughtful in keeping me warm with warm towels and water. The spa was clean, smelled great (I think due to the Aveda products), quiet, and relaxing. The team was so nice. The area for scrubs only had two tables with a chest-high wall between them. Other spas I’ve been to are much louder, have no barrier between the tables and fit a dozen tables in the services room. This definitely was one of the more luxurious spas I’ve been to with the great products and silence. Thanks, Dana.
