Had an amazing massage with Tangmo! I did Thai and deep tissue, and she was very intuitive and knew exactly where I had tension. She found trigger points I didn’t even know were bothering me, and I left feeling so relaxed and less tense. The massage place opened over the summer and is very clean, peaceful and cozy. They have complimentary tea and drinks, plus a really cute backyard with seating where you can sit, enjoy your tea and relax after your massage. It’s also very convenient because it’s right by the N line. Tangmo is wonderful at what she does. I’m so happy I found her and will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful experience at Firm & Flow Massage. The place is decorated in a super cute, minimalist style, and the location is very convenient with easy access. The staff were extremely friendly, and the entire spa was spotlessly clean. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience here! I booked the 90-minute Aroma Bliss massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the therapist was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I also loved the complimentary drinks. The herbal hot tea was the perfect way to unwind after the massage, and the iced lemonade tea was so refreshing, especially on a warm day. It’s such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even better. The spa is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend trying the 90-minute Aroma Bliss massage—you won’t be disappointed!
Stopped by the recently-opened neighborhood massage business, and I was pleasantly surprised! What first jumped out to me was the attention to detail in every space, from the floral arrangements, lighting fixtures, and furniture, to the impeccably decorated individual rooms and backyard seating area. This looks and feels like an upscale spa, but one I can actually afford. I booked 1.5 hours with Alin, and she was awesome; friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and did great focus work (back, hamstrings) on chronically troubled areas. I will definitely be back!
