Location is a perfect walking distance to everywhere you want to go. The room was clean and there’s even community seating on every floor if you want to get a different feel without leaving the hotel. Antonio made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the door and accommodated us well throughout the stay!
Great little boutique hotel! Super friendly staff, fantastic location right at Union Square and clean comfortable rooms. No AC but windows open and ceiling fan in the room was perfect - for those concerned about lack of AC, don’t be! Esly at the front desk was knowledgeable and welcoming. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!
I’m currently staying at this hotel and my experience has been excellent so far. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. What truly makes this place stand out is the outstanding service at the reception. Antonio has been incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The Union was a great place to stay while exploring San Francisco. The location made it easy to get around, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was a great value for the price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Antonio and Mary Jane were both incredibly friendly and welcoming.
