our stay was perfect. I went with my best friend we wanted to explore San Francisco. We knew we would be out more than we would be in so didn’t want to spend a whole lot on accommodation but still wanted to feel comfortable to unwind after a day out in this place was just that, updates very clean affordable, but still taken care of and cozy! The manager, Jason made us feel at home and made sure we found our room OK and had everything we needed the entire stay his expertise really shines through and I believe the reason our stay was so enjoyable. thank you Jason! keep him around hotel owners!! ;))
This was my first time in sf, the room and location was amazing. Super easy to walk places, and there is a public parking lot right around the corner if you don’t want a parking garage. I enjoyed not having to interact with a front desk, they made it super easy to access my room with direct instructions on my phone. The kitchen was amazing as well! They have everything you need. Would return and recommend!
It’s strange how this is mentioned as a Hotel with 4 star and 3.5 star amenities on certain website. At best it’s a hostel. Things to note - - the worst part was there was a strange noise of metal cracking that was coming everyday at 4 AM to wake me up. The virtual Helpdesk mentioned its normal noise from Boiler. Just ridiculous, not sure how they are able to keep this property on various websites like AAA - strange smell in aisle - No reception / no security. / no onsite luggage storage - There is no room service for cleaning room until requested explicitly
Two stars because this is really a two star hotel masquerading as a four star, I have no idea how they got a four star rating. Very old rooms with no central air, very run down bathrooms. This felt like staying in a private room in a hostel, way way way overpriced for what it was, don’t believe the 4 star rating. Service was good and they respond quickly over text and calls. Location is two blocks north of tenderloin, so not directly in the really bad area of SF, but you definitely see some sketchy stuff here and there..
Such a great experience. Love the virtual concierge and how easy it was to check in and out. The building was great. The kitchen, living, laundry area were all easily accessible. The kitchen had everything you could possibly think you might need if you decided to cook a meal during your stay. Location was perfect, easy to get in and out of, close to city transportation, and easy to catch and Uber or Lyft from. Will definitely be returning in the future.
