Infinity Hotel San Francisco, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We had a 6 day stay through July 6th. The staff was very friendly. Erik stood out as a very friendly and helpful employee. The only downside is that this hotel is is noisy. You are right off Lombard street and the way the hotel is constructed, sound (open concept) echo's through all four floors. This was exceptionally bad on July 4th when people on the roof were setting off fireworks up until 1:33am.
In a few weeks I have family visiting who will be staying at the Infinity Tapestry Hilton hotel. Yesterday I stopped by to check on a few things such as where luggage drop is located etc... I had the best experience with Erik at the front desk. He was pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable about the hotel. Not only did he thoroughly answer my questions, he was kind enough to show me around the hotel and point out several details. Wow, impressive place! Once you get inside it is like a little oasis. Very clean everywhere we walked. Peaceful even has a Zen garden area. Two roof top decks. Both so inviting! One has views over the Marina including the Golden Gate Bridge. The rooms look modern and clean. One reason my guests chose this hotel was because a microwave and refrigerator are included in the room. However, if you need anything right next to the hotel is a cute little café with many offerings. I had no idea this was a Hilton tapestry property. I’ve been a diamond member for many years and love the Hilton brand. Now that I am aware of this beautiful hotel I will be referring future guests to stay here. Without Erik’s generosity and knowledge this hotel would have been like any other. He is a great asset to Hilton. Look forward to my guests enjoying this hotel. Thanks, Erik!
I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Infinity Hotel in San Francisco. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. The neighborhood felt safe, and the hotel is conveniently located close to many tourist attractions. Having Noah’s NY Bagels and Peet’s Coffee nearby was very convenient, and Twisted Café right next door was another great bonus. Phat Thai, located next door, is also excellent! The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings(cute space) . The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay. The front desk staff were amazing!! friendly, attentive, and always willing to listen to and address any concerns. We stayed in a room with two queen beds and had a very comfortable stay. The room are small. The blinds of the windows have to be kept close (no view possible) but that was not an issue for us.One thing to note is that you may hear some noise from neighboring rooms at night. However, we were okay with it, and it did not affect our overall experience. This Hotel is on the busy street of SFO.You will also hear road noise in middle of night Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I plan to explore San Francisco city life again. They also have Roof top to enjoy the views Do not compare this hotel with 4/5 star luxury boutique hotel experience.I felt this was worth the price if you planning to stay in safe and one of the world expensive neighbourhood🙌🏻
This will be a five star once some of the kinks are worked out. We had two rooms and the showers leaked enough that we had to keep towels on the floor. Even though we booked months in advance neither room had a window so I’m not sure what diamond status got me. Staff was very helpful and rooms were quiet. We really like the small cafe next door and the location is convenient to many areas. I expected a bit better for Tapestry.
Great location & close to most attractions. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Staff were very professional and always willing to assist in our needs. Beautiful rooftop with great views. The twisted cafe was great to have in the hotel with great food and service. Would highly recommend staying here.
