Right by the roadside, close to many eateries and easy to navigate around to public transport. Place has parking options but comes with fee .. $25 overnight charge. Checkin was swift .. rooms and linens were clean .. No issue, except key didn’t work and had to visit reception to get it fixed. But it was handled swiftly
Rooms have paper thin walls. Did not sleep a wink due to the upstairs neighbors stomping & walking at all hours. Could hear our next door neighbor’s ENTIRE conversations so we had to turn our TV up so loud. Our shower door got stuck closed every single time we got in and out. Their ice & water machine was broken. Was hit with parking fees and it did NOT SPECIFY THAT on the site we booked it with. This was not worth the expensive fees we paid for this room. Would not stay here again. I’m exhausted from lack of rest & it made my vacation unenjoyable. Their rooms & bathrooms have cracked / yellow pain and need to be renovated
This hotel was the perfect home base for us while in SF! The location was great — a short walk from the bus stop, 20 min walk from the Marina, and in a fairly safe area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk when we arrived several hours before check in. Housecleaning was great and our rooms were very clean when we arrived. For the price and location, this is a lovely budget-friendly option!
Located on Lombard street the staff were very accommodating. We were able to get a late check out. Our double room had not 1 but 2 bathrooms which we absolutely loved since we're both girls needing to prep for an event. Room included a safe and comfy beds. Decentlt priced. Near several food establishments. It was quiet and everyone staying there was surprisingly well off lol if you're driving parking is $25 a day which is not bad compared to $75 a day at the more luxury hotels.
