Parking is atrocious here. If you're driving, find somewhere else with better parking. Wifi was very spotty at best. I would not stay here again. Rooms are small but that is to be expected.
Budget hotel near attractions. The room i had was clean and spacious. Since the Inn was nearby a main road, it may be noisy for light sleepers. Overall, a nice place to stay for a short trip. Value for money.
Overall, the room offered comfort for a couple of nights sleep which is most important. All of the hotels in the marina district are older and basic offering a clean night of rest to lay your head but they are all challenged by limited parking, road/city noise, and age of the accomodations. The staff at Francisco Bay were very accomodating and even received a package for us ahead of our arrival. The beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms do get freshened daily as well. Theres a mini fridge and iron. The room doesnt offer a lot of additional space for 3-4 guests in a room but you make it work. Located right on Lombard Street so the location is easy. Its very clean and a small elevator services upper floors for luggage.
Great location, about a 20 mins walk from the waterfront. The room we were in appears to have been recently refurbished, it was clean and sufficiently large for our purpose. There's a lot of traffic noise, which is a downside. The reception staff are polite, however they can be quite festiduace about things, like one night I was instructed to double park, then the following it was unacceptable. Coffee was not refreshed during room service, the staff suggested it was my fault. Overall not too bad.
This hotel is lovely and clean. We are only here for 1 night but would definitely use this hotel again without doubt. Ice machine. Drinks machines. Iron and ironing board perfect as we needed this. The staff were really helpful with helping us book our big bus tickets as we were having difficulties. Very friendly and helpful.
