I had a wonderful experience at the Argonaut Hotel. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Zakhida at the concierge desk. Zakhida went above and beyond her job to make sure we had everything we needed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the city and the hotel and gave us helpful information and recommendations. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. She is a valuable asset to the hotel and a wonderful representative of the company. I also loved the hotel’s beautiful ambience and its location so close to the bay. It was a pleasure staying there, and I would definitely recommend the Argonaut Hotel to others. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Great location, close the the action, but perfectly removed from the madness of the bustling street and what it brings. Staff was incredible and the room was clean, not overly spacious. Clean grounds and all we needed for 3 person family overnight stay. Room service breakfast was hot and delicious. Bar staff was friendly and accommodating for evening cocktails and shirley temples with extra cherries as vacation so deserves!
Hotel is in a great location right by Fisherman’s Wharf. We were on a self drive holiday and met at the door by a very helpful valet parking attendant. When we reached reception, the process was very smooth and easy after a long journey. Nils made us feel very welcome and had some great local knowledge for places to eat and visit, along with advice on where we should avoid. Rooms were excellent!
Love the building. Edited to add details when I was at a computer to type. The Argonaut is my new favorite place in SF. The building, specifically the huge post are amazing. Would be nice if the lounge was open another hour but 9 and 10pm seem common for the area not just here. The room was spacious, hvac kept things nice. Location was excellent, close enough to everything and the Love Tour (VW Buses) picks up right out side the building. Will be back
Our stay at the Argonaut was a truly beautiful experience. When we arrived we were welcomed in at the door by the lovely Javier who also helped us with all of our luggage, I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is! All of the front desk staff were so helpful. Especially the kindest man Angel, he really was an angel! We had a small mix up with the rooms the first night, however Angel went above and beyond to help with ADA accommodations. When they didn’t have a shower chair available, they went out to buy one, they were so kind to me. I can’t say enough about this experience, I will certainly be back and anyone visiting San Francisco should definitely stay at this amazing hotel. The history, the staff, the restaurant, the location… it truly was the best stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay so welcoming and comfortable, we will most certainly be back.
