CLEAN, quiet, and meant for the very basics while visiting SF. The shower is large (no tub) and good pressure, and water in the bathroom sink looks to be filtered even (perfect to fill up a bottle). There is a sink outside the bathroom + coffee maker. Minor cons: no fridge, no microwave, and some outlets (and lights) don't work; couple loose blinds, cracked windows; just liquid shampoo, bar soaps are meh. But this isn't some luxury hotel, it's a simple room to safely sleep in and freshen up, which is exactly what i needed. It makes you focus on the SF adventure, and keeps you from staying indoors too long. ;)
Managed to book this hotel through a third party last Sunday for $72 which is a decent price given the location. Upon check in however I was informed of an additional security deposit charge for $250 required at check in. Now, I have been booking hotels for 5 months straight now and the hotels that do charge an incidental deposit usually cap it at $100. I had stayed at the Hilton Grand Garden the prior night and they asked for $100. This hotel is nowhere close to the caliber of the Hilton. Roughly 8 parking spots for 50 rooms. I refused to pay such a large deposit as I felt it unmerited for the caliber of the hotel and subsequently didn't check in. If you are okay with paying that,then go ahead.
