Steph is an amazing massage therapist! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage. The place itself is also beautiful, charming, and very welcoming. A wonderful experience all around!
Redmint on Fillmore exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I booked a Hydrafacial and dermaplaning treatment with Joy, and she was incredible. She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything she was doing, and customized the experience to my skin's needs. My skin was noticeably smoother, brighter, and glowing when I left. I also have to give a special shoutout to Christian. From helping me get my appointment scheduled to making sure everything was seamless, he went above and beyond to create a welcoming experience. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out and set the tone for the entire visit. Ana and Sidney were also wonderful and helped me choose the perfect latte flavor, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. The entire space has a beautiful, modern aesthetic while still feeling warm and relaxing. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about their clients and the overall experience. I was introduced to Redmint by a friend who treated me for my birthday. The minute I stepped into the area, it gave me a sense of peace. Everyone from the reception to the therapist were friendly and most helpful. I had the 80 minute Swedish massage and was extremely impressed. It is one of the best I’ve had and I get a massage monthly and try new places. She customized the session and addressed all my problem areas. This will definitely be my go to place although I do wish they offer regular packages instead of tying them to products and the cafe which I won’t use.
I had such a beautiful experience at Red Mint. My best friend treated me to a belated birthday deep tissue massage and after a long and demanding work week, it was exactly what I needed and so timely. Vonna’s hands are truly blessed. She has an incredible touch; skilled, and deeply therapeutic. She knew exactly where my body was holding tension and worked through it with care and precision. I walked out feeling lighter, and restored. She said I may feel sore the next day but it wasn’t bad at all. I felt a tension release the next day. The ambiance was 5/5 — peaceful, warm, and instantly calming from the moment I arrived. The treatment was 5/5 and the staff was 5/5 as well. Not to mention, I Justin at the front desk was the perfect finishing touch to the experience. His energy is unmatched. We ended the visit with herbal lattes and great conversation, and his magnetic, welcoming energy made the whole day feel even more special. From start to finish, Red Mint delivered an experience that felt intentional, healing, and memorable. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back!
Incredible massage by masseuse James, really good control of the deep tissue massage experience and not your standard autopilot course. The space itself is an urban oasis and an amazing space to relax and their herbal lattes are great too (I got the mind clarity one with oat milk and honey). 5/5 fell asleep during the massage and feel completely rejuvenated an hour later.
