Terrible customer service! No waiters ever come to check on us to see if we need anything nor clear our table. The steamed salmon was so dry because it’s been in the food warmer all day and they never changed it or replaced the fresh one. Over all, the foods are not too bad; the snow crab was very flavorful and sweet.
Me and my boyfriend went to grab dinner here, it's small, assuming, but clean, food comes out slow and we waited on crab the majority of our visit, we got a total of two plates of grab in the 2 hours we were there 1/5, they only have plastic cutlery 1/5, and they never cleaned our tables while we were there despite the place being empty, 0/5. The food is okay for a buffet but... We were the last customers in the store, they were cleaning the table as we were walking out. I had taken off my rings to eat crab and left them on the table. I called them and they did not answer (because they were closing), so I showed up the next morning before they opened and they told us that they had to contact their other staff, and they would get back to us. I've contacted them multiple times and still have not heard anything back, but the gentleman I spoke with was acting suspiciously when I asked about the jewelry by claiming somebody else must've stolen it, but we were the only ones there and they were cleaning the table as we were leaving. Would not return, especially with my jewelry being blatantly stolen... 0/5 stars with this experience pictures of stolen items attached as well
Lots of choices. Selection of finger foods for the kids. Crab, shrimp, fish, oysters, crayfish. Service was self service and no drink refills. Had to use plastic forjs as they were out of silverware. Right on the waterfront.
Great location overlooking bay. Food was very good. They did good job on keeping crabs and other popular dishes available on buffet. Great value for price of $35 plus $3 beverages
