We arrived around 9:40 on a Thursday night and were told the kitchen was already closed but we could order wine. The upstairs was packed and busy, and there was a steady stream of walk ins, so I was surprised they had stopped serving food. Still, the bar full of poetry volumes looked tempting. We ordered two glasses of extremely average wine by the glass. The white wine list by the glass was predominantly Rieslings and sweet wines (not really what I would want with tinned fish, imo), and for a bar with a plaque in Spanish on the door there's a sincere lack of Spanish wine on the menu. The expanded wine list by the bottle looks decent, but it seemed like most patrons were there for wine by the glass. The bartenders felt like they were doing their damnedest to avoid everyone. Worst of all was the truly abhorrent music choice: painfully loud, explictive-laden (and n-word laden) rap. I've never drunk such an abyssal glass of wine so quickly. Reading other reviews, I wish I could have had the thoughtful experience others had.

My partner and I stopped in while visiting for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The space is charming, with two floors, outdoor seating, and a cozy atmosphere that reminded us of a wine bar you’d find in Portugal. The wine list had a great range of prices, and we enjoyed both the whites and reds we tried. The tinned anchovies and the jamón and soppressata were also delicious and reasonably priced. The bartenders were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. We’d absolutely come back the next time we’re in town.

Solid wine bar for a good time and delicious cheese oh man. I will say the ordering process and the chairs being rickety and the fact that I could barely hear the people at my table knocked off a star but I still had a ton of fun! The staff are so amazing - that was a highlight they’re all people persons who love wine and cheese, perfect combo. Hope to one day try some of the tinned fish but the environment is kinda intense on a Saturday.

Cute little wine bar: tiny but charming. We sat upstairs with views of the street, which was really fun for people-watching. The charcuterie boards are fantastic, and the wine selection is great. Conveniently located near several other great restaurants, this is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink!

5 ⭐️ A really cute and cozy wine bar with a charming Spanish flair - sardines, tinned fish, cheese, and a great selection of Rieslings (my fav!). This bar is small so it feels intimate but is appropriate for first dates. The first floor is quite tight so it might be costly to your neighbors to canoodle but perhaps if you snag a wall corner seat? Apparently there's also second floor but I didn't go up so will have to revisit. I really liked the 2023 Feinherb Mosel Riesling - it was dry but full body and very balanced. Highly recommend. Tatomer was also good but slightly less full bodied. Overall a great date spot with dim lighting and European flair so def try to snag a seat.
