I had a wonderful experience at Serenity MedSpa for Moxi/BBL laser treatment. The nurses and estheticians are kind and gentle. I'd stopped seeing results from my prior provider's IPL laser and wanted to try something new, and I'm so glad I did!! Recovery is better than expected as well.
I had such a great experience at Serenity Med Spa in San Francisco! Jeneil was my NP and did an amazing job. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered results that looked natural and beautiful. The spa itself was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking with Jeneil!
I met a girl who had gotten fresh lip filler there. I was so skeptical to ever even get lip filler but the way hers was — even swollen because it was so new — looked absolutely incredible. I booked an appointment with Cindy immediately and I can’t even begin to tell you how good my lips look. They are so natural and that’s exactly what Cindy advised and what I wanted to go for. I’m going to go back and get other facials and treatments. The whole staff was so kind. I hope someone who’s nervous about doing anything comes here because they make it so easy and it’s such a warm environment.
Nurse Cindy Vo is the best! Not only did she make sure I was comfortable but my procedures were damn near painless and I’m a big baby with low pain tolerance… the cooling fan and stress balls were a game changer… she’s the only nurse I’m ever going to for anything face related… i’m so pleased with my results 🥰
Go see Cindy! You will not regret it. Worth every penny and every minute. She takes her time and never rushes. I’ve never had a better experience or better results. She has done laser hair removal, dysport and filler for me and also has given me great product recommendations that actually addressed my concerns! She even puts music on while she is injecting so you feel more relaxed. I really enjoy talking to her and am so happy with her work.
