Brie was so great! I had my CO₂ laser treatment with her and she made the whole experience so easy. She explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me the whole time. I was expecting the treatment and recovery to be a lot worse, but the pain was honestly minimal and the recovery hasn't been bad either. Brie was so reassuring and really knows what she's doing, which made me feel completely at ease. I'm already so happy with how my skin is healing and can't wait to see the final results. If you're thinking about getting CO₂ laser, definitely book with Brie.
I've been seeing Brie for about a year now as I get ready for my wedding, and it's been such a great experience. She helped me put together a treatment plan based on my timeline and what I wanted to focus on, which has made the whole process feel really easy. I've had microneedling, CoolPeel, and laser hair removal with her, and I've been really happy with the results. She always takes the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable before each treatment. Brie is knowledgeable, honest, and never makes me feel pressured into doing anything. You can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to have the best outcome. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone looking for skincare treatments or laser hair removal!
I saw this place recommended on tiktok and I had an okay experience. I wouldn’t come here specifically for brow tattoo removal. I purchased a Groupon and completed 2/3 sessions. The first session went well and the technician explained things thoroughly and clearly. I saw results from the first session. At the second session, the technician was someone different and it felt more like she was trying to get me in and out. I had broken capillaries from the second session and they did not follow up with me like they said they would. I think I would have continued with this place if saw improvement with the brow tattoo removal. But after the second session, I didn’t see any visible difference from the first session. What made me uneasy was that I called and asked for my medical records on file to see what laser settings they used and they were evasive and never got back to me. Instead of putting my brows through further trauma, I decided to move forward with a plastic surgery clinic that uses pico laser instead of qswitch at this medspa. This medspa is probably better for laser hair removal than tattoo removal.
I just had my first laser tattoo removal with Kaynaz and she was wonderful! The receptionist & guest relations staff here are equally wonderful too—very patient, helpful, and kind. They answered all my questions and helped me throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful. I’m glad I got the three session package & am looking forward to my next session.
