Very impressed with this hotel! Great location, close to the wharf, Ghirardelli square, Lombard street and easy to get to all other areas of San Francisco. Great value for the money, love the secure parking garage for a very reasonable rate. Rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but perfect for our 2 night stay before leaving on a cruise. . Great choice for a reasonable price!

We stayed two nights in April and had a lovey time. Great view from our room! Good location, near public transit and easy to get to the Piers and downtown. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We parked in their underground garage, it was an extra fee but worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here at the end of May 2026. As others have mentioned, one of the elevators was out of service, but it was fixed by the second day of our three day stay. Stairs were open for use. Parking is definitely tight, but we never had trouble finding a spot as long as we weren’t aiming for the front row. Just be aware that parking is $35 per night. The room had newer furniture, though some of the wallcoverings and chair upholstery were showing their age. The bed was comfortable, and while the room felt a bit stuffy at first, running the air conditioning helped. Bedding was very nice and pillows perfect. Water pressure and hot water were both plentiful with no issues at all. There was also a TV with cable, along with a deep tub which was great for relaxing at the end of the day. The free breakfast area was completely overwhelmed—understandable since the hotel was full—and it was elbow to elbow, so we decided to skip it. For lunch, dinner or a late night snack, right across the street is a fantastic pizza and sub spot called Chico’s—super convenient and definitely worth a visit. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and honestly, the location is the real highlight. We were able to walk to the wharf to explore, and used Waymo to get around to other parts of the city with ease.

We stayed here march 28-30. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view of Golden Gate bridge (we stayed at the 9th floor. check in is at 4pm but if you’re like us who came from out of town and came early, they’ll allow you to store your things (you don’t wanna leave your stuff in SF - there are warnng signs all overr). they even allowed us to park/ leave the car in the parking lot even though we’re not checked in yet. that way, you can start touring the city as soon as you reach the hotel. the hotel is comfortably located near to public transit and near to the “crooked street” part of Lombard street. there are deli and a japanese restaurant accross the street and a vet good japanese restaurant (Torraku Ramen) on the same side of the hotel and it closes at 10pm. Most other restos nearby close at 9. it’s also about 20-23 minutes walk from pier 39. the room is clean, as i’ve mentioned the view is amazing. parking is a bit tight as it is in the basement, but there’s enough space for everyone - (and it’s safe). parking is $35 /24 hrs. breakfast is provided (starts at 6:30) - it’s basic but it is good. i’ll surely stay here again if back in san francisco

Terry, Jonathan and Eva we're all extremely helpful friendly and professional. The hotel is in a great location.Kept very clean and the rooms are big and bright. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is spacious , very clean as well and fully functional. The view from the upper floors is priceless. In a great part of town , closer to the water with the views of the golden gate. The parking is a great deal as other places charge sixty to seventy dollars a day...they charge 35. You have to walk to the garage as well off site in many other higher priced hotels. Here the garage is under the hotel and very convenient. It's fairly quiet considering it's on a major intersection of lombard and Van Ness. There is an issue with the air units. When you turn them on, it does have a slight mildew smell which can be off putting. Fortunately, I don't need the air conditioning or the heating. The temperature is perfect, so I just kept it off. To fix that would be a major overhaul of the whole system which is probably extremely expensive. Other than that for the price, the hotel is a ten out of ten. So corporate knows , your staff is excellent, as I mentioned. You can save money and have an even nicer experience than a lot of the other higher priced hotels.
