We in Russian Hill and North Beach are lucky that this spot lights up Stockton Street with mirth and merriment. It offers promise of boisterous camaraderie or quiet romance. And we should take it up on that promise! Look at the photos of spontaneous dancing outside to a song I could not identify. It has the right qualities for a bouquet of friends to stand outside with their drinks It’s the perfect bar post dinner to get a little tipsy over port or wine, lager or ale, and then sensibly hop on public transport located opposite the bar. Friends don’t let friends drive !
I visited for the first time last week and was very impressed. The place has been completely renovated and looks fantastic. The drinks were excellent, and the bar stools were surprisingly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Ali, the bartender, was incredibly welcoming and crafted some truly delicious cocktails. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back. And they have 3 big good quality of TVs
Really nice spot. Huge TVs, very comfortable high-back chairs. A little noisy, a little pricey but a great atmosphere overall!
Awesome spot that serves up really good delicious cocktails. The bartenders are super friendly. I like coming here daytime to catch a Giants game and night time for the live music and vibes.
Just popped into The Lucky Spot in North Beach with some buddies for drinks to watch Sunday night football, and it quickly became our new favorite North Beach hangout spot! This place has that perfect North Beach neighborhood bar chill and welcoming vibe, like a classy dive where you can watch the game or just chat for hours. The cocktails are next level: tried a few that tasted like grown-up root beer floats and Orange Julius vibes, super creative and balanced without being too sweet. They've got solid classics too if you're not feeling adventurous. Walls are covered in cool local SF photos and art that make it feel proudly San Franciscan. Only street parking available but there's plenty of bus lines that drop you off in ths neighborhood & there's no food served onsite, but they brought in complimentary Golden Boy pizza for the game watch party which quickly which definitely hit the spot after downing a few cocktails. Staff was friendly and on point, and it's great for locals or anyone wanting elevated drinks without the pretension. Perfect pre-dinner spot in North Beach or for a full night out.
