Stephanie and Paulina are absolute stars! Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness turned what I expected to be a stressful appointment into an amazing experience. Recently placed an online order for more BiohackrHealth Creatine Monohydrate 99.9% Pure Micronized German Creatine and unknowingly selected pick-up instead of mail. Phoned the SF Office and spoke with Paulina (an actual human🤣) who was such a breath of fresh air; warm, welcoming and understanding. Received my order in the mail 2-days later.
