I was a little nervous when I booked this place because the pictures on the Internet didn't look that great from the outside. And maybe a little overdone on the inside. But it has been fantastic. The rooms are great. The atmosphere is great. The location is great. The staff has been great. I would totally come back here again

We stayed 2 nights in one of the rooms where you could see the wharf. LOCATION: The location is exceptional. We got to watch the boats and harbor activity in the morning from our room. However the wharf night life was kind of loud in our room, until around midnight. We liked being able to park there but really didn’t need a rental car. The transportation options are plentiful (try a Waymo or Zoox) and quick. SERVICE: The desk staff felt a little tired - maybe from answering the same questions (Where do we store our luggage? Where do we get our marshmallow roasting sticks? Bathroom door keys? Parking?). I felt like we were bothering them when asking questions. The cleaning crew; however, smiled and acknowledged us every time. The luggage people we encountered (Anthony and ??) were both wonderful too. Very upbeat and provided great confidence leaving our stuff with them. ROOMS: Our room was okay. The room had a funky smell (maybe smokey?) that we adjusted to over time. The bed was very squeaky. The bed linens are nice and the cleaning crew provided ample towels in our room. The hotel courtyard is next level. Super cute and lots of fun games to do with family and friends. The bonfires are wonderful on chilly San Fran nights. The atmosphere creates an instant community and is one of the best things in the hotel. I recommend you get a drink at the Socialite and sit by the bonfire for a simple relaxing post-dinner evening. It was a nice 2 night stay and we would recommend it for the aforementioned reasons. However, we might try another place next time we’re in town.

I stayed here for four nights and loved every minute. First off the location is perfect, right in the center of Fisherman’s Warf The staff was all so friendly and helpful, as well as amazing to my son. The rooms had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe and television. The beds were comfortable and the hotel amenities were fun for families. The gym was smaller but enough to get in a good workout. I highly recommend.

A modern hotel with a unique nautical design, perfectly located right in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf. The lobby is a real eye-catcher and perfectly carries the nautical theme throughout the hotel, with creatively repurposed shipping containers adding a unique touch. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making them a very comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring San Francisco. The courtyard is a real highlight. It’s a great place to sit back and relax, with plenty of games to keep you entertained. In the evening, the fire pits create a unique and cozy atmosphere — and they’re perfect for making s’mores! The location is another major plus: Pier 39 is just a few minutes’ walk away, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions right on your doorstep. For those arriving by car, the hotel also offers an attached parking garage exclusively for hotel guests, which is extremely convenient in San Francisco. A fantastic hotel with a great location, stylish design, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing boutique hotel in the very heart of Fishermans Wharf. We had a balcony room on the top floor with an amazing view of Alcatraz Island (looking through the giant Ferris Wheel on the Wharf) and the bay. The hotel has very good off-street parking, and lots of amenities for families or couples in their lovely courtyard, including several warming fire pits with plenty of plastic Adirondack chairs, Foosball and a game room, a giant Connect Four game, marshmallow roasting, and a unique ping pong table, as well as an exercise room. There is a bar and a restaurant adjacent to the hotel courtyard, as well as all of the shop, restaurants, and entertainment that Fishermans Wharf offers. The room was small but very comfortable. The balcony was large (with the aforementioned amazing view), and the hotel has a cool, hip vibe. The room was fairly quiet, but this area of San Francisco can be noisy at night, and there was some construction down by the wharf that started early in the morning. Our air conditioner seemed to struggle a little, but did eventually cool the room down during the night. Air conditioning in San Francisco on the water in June is really not necessary, so that wasn't a big deal. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this awesome hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Fishermans Wharf area of beautiful San Francisco.
