I specifically requested non-spicy food, and I asked the server three times to confirm that our selection would be made without any spice, which he assured us of. Despite this, they brought out a smash burger with chipotle sauce, which is spicy, along with another dish which was also spicy. They remade it with no spice, just as I initially ordered, and I appreciate their effort. Still, the first impression was already a bit off 🙁. The atmosphere, on the other hand, was nice.
We had such a lovely dinner at Wildseed trying their Tomato Girl Summer prix fixe menu. The menu is a fun celebration of peak tomato season, with dishes like the pan con tomate, tomato rigatoni, and the tomato cake with Sungold tomato jam. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also a highlight, especially the Tomatini with tomato-basil water and tomato vermouth. The atmosphere at Wildseed is warm and inviting, and the service made the experience even more enjoyable. A great spot for a relaxed dinner and a creative seasonal menu. Definitely worth trying while the Tomato Girl Summer menu is available! Thank you! Alessandra @visit_sf
We had our brunch at the Wildseed cafe. I had a mushroom chickpea burger which was really good. We also ordered French toast for our table and that was quite nice too. They were a little slow to take the order but that’s about it. Would recommend having a vegan meal here :)
very nice restaurant with a nice menu. it’s all vegan but this is the type of place where you could bring your veggie/carnivore friends too and they might not mind. service was friendly. food was prepared nicely. if you’re not from san francisco it may seem expensive, but compared to other restaurants and what they offer, this is a fair price. it was quite full during dinner, but it was easy to get a table for lunch.
Such a fun all vegan dinner spot in SF! The Cesar salad and curry dish were our favs. Also the cocktails and wine were amazing!
