Had a new waitress serving us. It was her 3rd day and she was super friendly and did a very good job 👏, they are always really nice, one thing i like about applebees a lot. Food was delicious! Not too soggy and good seasoned. I love the classic combo, it features a variety of their appetizers. their mozzarella sticks are the only part that may need improvement, and the cheese wasn’t too soft. But besides that it’s always a great visit and their menu is really large and has something for everyone. Love the place!
god, i long for applebees in the late 2000’s. i can be picky about the quality of the marinara sauce and the joke of the garlic parm nuggets they gave me, but i honestly just smoked a joint and wanted a good, ol’ american food experience. service was okay, views were awesome. not bad.
I visited Applebee’s yesterday while in San Francisco and decided to stop in for dinner. We arrived around 7:30 pm and had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated, which wasn’t ideal but understandable for the time of day. Once seated, the experience improved a lot. The service was great—our waitress was very sweet, friendly, courteous, and efficient. She kept a smile the whole time and made me feel very comfortable throughout the meal. The food was, as always, delicious. I had a margarita along with the spinach artichoke dip with tortillas, and everything was flavorful and satisfying. The restaurant itself is spacious and nicely decorated with a San Francisco theme, which added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The only downside for me was the music—it was a bit too loud for my taste, which made it slightly uncomfortable at times. I didn’t ask to have it lowered, but it did affect the ambiance for me. Overall, it was a good experience with great service and tasty food. I would definitely come back.
Went here today for lunch and tried one of their Bourbon Street Chicken and Sausage Penne. This dish was amazing. Lot's of chicken and lots of sausage and plenty of sauce. I couldn't have asked for more. My server "Mara" was very pleasant and very quick which made the experience even better ,she was an absolute joy. My only complaint would be that the music was extremely loud so it was hard to talk to the waitress.
