The staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Genuinely nice people and very friendly, our stay was excellent. Brian the receptionist was outstanding, we arrived way before check in time and he immediately offered to check for availability so we could check in early (9am!), and we did. The rooms are very good, very comfortable beds and cozy. We had the smallest room and it was still a very good experience. When you travel sometimes you wonder if you could’ve made a better choice, and this is the type of place that gives you that reassurance that you chose well
It takes quite a lot to impress me. Good job! To all of the team at the SF🍍 I had such a great experience that I extended my stay. Especially noteworthy, apart from the high quality bedding and effortless elegance of both the rooms and the public spaces, are the staff. Everyone I came into contact with was exceptional. It is after all the people that make a space and the staff here are truly special. Thank you for a most magnificent stay and for looking after me so well. ☺ Big shout especially to James for his boundless enthusiasm, Terry for his authentic care, Brian for his attention to detail and Yesha for her dedication and service with a smile. Thank you all for making me feel so at home, which is quite an achievement in a fair sized hotel. 🙏🏽

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Sir Arnold was incredibly kind and helped us a lot during our check-in process. His professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would also like to thank Natalie and Terry, who were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone on the staff was courteous and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to staying here again!
Great hotel in a very nice and convenient location! The decor and cleanliness were amazing. Especially the bed was ao comfy that helped with getting a good sleep after a long travel. Brian at the reception was super helpful and kind. Thank you for the nice stay!
