I did not actual stay here overnight. I used their luggage store service through bounce. Their front desk reception was so helpful and kind after we experienced another “luggage storage” that had no clue what we were there for. The La Luna receptionist offered to let us warm up in the lobby after we had dropped our bags off, and ehen we went for pick up he offered again to let us relax in the lobby to warm up. We were also able to grab some of the tea from the lobby which was nice after a cold day around the city. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Room service only runs from 11am to 7pm and its take out from off site. Overall great trip. Would stay again
Decent overall. The room is very big. The bed is mostly comfortable. The shower was definitely old and needed some work (the tub area). Along with the door handle. But, for the location and price I guess it’s expected! Overall safe too and having parking was a plus. We didn’t face the street but were close to the cross street with Lombard on one end of the hotel and you can definitely hear cars and buses, but I was still able to sleep well. A lot of restaurants and shops walking distance!
