The air conditioning in the hotel is completely broken. We ended up needing to have the window open for the duration of our stay because it was way too stuffy otherwise. Some rooms were provided with portable ac units while others had oscillating fans, but the latter definitely is less useful The front desk staff was pleasant at check-in, and they did direct us to several nearby lots for parking at various price points. We did have one issue that they were unable to rectify, which was frustrating but not enough to demand some sort of compensation The rooms are not huge but they also do their job. They definitely invest in making the bathrooms a good quality which is always important The location is a huge plus. The hotel is located next to a major bart hub, so you can easily hop on public transit or walk to most places with ease
Perfect value hotel that's not shady but still affordable and very close to tourist attractions in SF downtown. I've stayed here several times both for business and for personal trips. The cable car stop right outside the hotel makes it such a fun experience to enter and leave the hotel. Many good restaurants at a walkable distance. The service is great because they respond quickly to the text. Possibly AI given the speed of response. The bar downstairs is cool too. I've grabbed breakfast to go and it wasn't too bad.
The room itself is pretty small that it can barely fit one checked suitcase, but overall pretty nice! Strategic location, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, modern decoration. I also love that they provide water dispenser on every floor! The only downside would be because my room was on the 3rd floor facing the iconic cable car line, it's VERY noisy from the tourist crowds and street performers. It only calms down after 10 PM and back to noisy again at around 8 AM
Super fun hotel. It was clean and smelled nice. Kind of a modern hip vibe. Plenty of space to relax in the common areas and they even had record players you could rent. We also got the fun experience of riding an elevator with a little robot guy. Room wasn't huge but it was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. The room AC worked great and wasn't noisy at all.
The hotel positively surprised me! The location is pretty good and the hotel itself is very modern, clean, and well decorated. The room was nice, especially the bathroom. Very well lit mirror, which as a makeup enthusiast I appreciate a lot. It was clean, comfortable, and very safe. The only true downside was that the front desk wasn’t the best at receiving packages. We had an Amazon delivery that required a security code and they really didn’t make a lot of effort to contact us. I called them as soon as I got the text message from Amazon and the hotel told me that they let the delivery guy go. I would’ve appreciated if they had tried to contact us directly. Aside from that, it was a very positive experience overall. The hotel has a nice gym, very nice lounge and coworking space
