Love this space so much, it’s light & open, clean and so pretty. I went in for the Infrared Sauna and am obsessed. I’ve been going weekly - my skin feels amazing and I feel like I sweat out all the toxins of the week. Have and will continue to refer all mu friends!
I came in with significant shoulder pain (in both shoulders) along with ongoing issues from an L4–L5 microdiscectomy and generalized chronic pain that needed management. Kaitlyn was able identify and treat the root causes of my dysfunction and pain instead of just treating the symptoms. Her depth of knowledge and attention to detail made a huge difference in my recovery and overall comfort. On top of that, her infrared sauna is incredible and I love being able to take advantage of it after a session.
I’ve been going to Rhoades to Wellness for over a year now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. My posture has improved dramatically, I’m noticeably stronger, and I feel better in my body than I have in years. Every session is thoughtfully tailored, challenging in the best way, and incredibly effective. Beyond her deep knowledge and skill, she is a complete delight to work with—encouraging, attentive, and genuinely joyful. I also love that she offers a sauna in the same space—it’s become one of my favorite parts of the experience and takes recovery and relaxation to another level—my skin and circulation have never been better. I always leave feeling accomplished, supported, and restored. Working with her has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my health and well-being.
