We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The spacious accommodations and location were great. We had a great 2nd floor balcony view of the pier. The staff was fantastic! Alex set up the nicest welcome birthday gift for my twins. AJ was friendly, kind & responsive. Richard greeted me daily & esponded by text to every request. The property was safe, clean & within walking distance of nearly everything. Daily removal of trash and recycling & refreshed towels were also appreciated. The Hyde St. Streetcar is steps from the entrance & the rooftop set up was perfect. Thank you Suites @ Fisherman's Wharf!!
Finally..beautifully renovated and updated from the last visit 8 years ago!! Full kitchen. Enjoyed the roof terrace with view of Alcatraz on the bay! Fisherman's Wharf and Embarcadero are walking distance. Cafe and restaurants are closeby. Loved it so much that we are returning December and next March!
This place was perfect. Just the right size without feeling small, and I loved the kitchen. It made us feel better than home. We had several meal in suite during our stay and saves a small fortune in so doing. Staff was helpful and friendly and even had a few mixers for guests. I love that theres a laundry room so we travel home with clean things.
All the staff we encountered during our two-day stay were super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, and it came with many useful amenities and kitchenware. The location was exceptional. Parking space is limited, but it was still pretty easy to find a reasonably safe spot nearby. This hotel will be my first choice if I visit the area again.
Stayed here for two nights in February and would go back in a heartbeat. What a great value! PERFECT location, easy walk to Ghirardelli and the entire wharf, with a trolley car just outside if you want to hop on. Our room was super clean and comfortable, with a very well-appointed kitchen, and upscale toiletries in the bathroom. Extremely nice, helpful staff. Covered parking in the onsite lot is available at a reasonable charge. Really can't say enough good things about it, and this is the only place we'll be staying whenever we're in SF in the future. Our only suggestion: include little individual serving cups of half-and-half with the room coffee supplies.
