I had a great experience staying at Soma Hotel. Safian and Rodger went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made a lasting impression and truly enhanced my visit. The hotel was welcoming, clean, and well-maintained, and having staff like Safian and Rodger made all the difference. Thank you both for the outstanding hospitality—I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Soma Hotel to others.
I had a wonderful check-in experience at SoMa House during my visit to San Francisco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the heart of the SoMa district. A special thanks to Safian for the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality during check-in. Safian was professional, friendly, and made the entire arrival process smooth and pleasant. His excellent customer service truly enhanced my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco
Staying at SOMA was not what I expected at all especially for the price. When you book it sounds like a great price but when you arrive it’s a whole different story. Supposedly it’s supposed have breakfast. The breakfast is across the street which really small. They charge for a service night stay 60 pm to your booking price and not to stop off the valet parking is 45.00 a night with taxes and fees. I was very disappointed 😔 not worth to pay almost 500 to stay in the hood
I stayed here for a little under a week- and honestly the best way I can describe this place is being a fancy motel. The best part hands down is the service though. The service was *excellent*. The woman working at the front desk during the night shift was especially helpful and kind as we tried to troubleshoot getting me another room because the first room I was in- the hot water wasn't working. The rooms are... Okay. Newly renovated, nothing funky, no bad smells. I had no problem hanging out in my room. But the bathrooms could use some work, and even though I was upgraded to a bigger room. I liked my smaller room more because aside from the hot water not working. The bigger room's bathroom wasn't as nice and the floor of my bigger room creaked quite a bit (not to mention the door was very loud). I wish there are mini fridges- although the front desk lady did volunteer to bring one up. I didn't want to bother anyone. But it sounded like they were planning on installing them in the rooms. Overall, not a bad place at all. (PS- close to the Tenderloin. But the security there was pretty good and were always present. Definitely not a bad place to stay.)
