I stayed at Cow Hollow Inn & Suites for 5 days and it was amazing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love that they have an underground gated parking garage that keeps cars & luggages safe. They do not have a exhaust fan in the bathroom so it does take a while for the bathroom to cool. Overall, the elevator works great and the room was very clean! The area feels very safe and there's a lot to do near the hotel too. When I'm in the area, I'd definitely stay here again!
Our family had an excellent stay at Cow Hollow Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the location was excellent for use of public transportation to many famous sites of San Francisco. It’s a short bus ride to Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, fisherman’s earth, the painted ladies, the crookedest st, and they allow free parking!! Great food within walking distance.
Staff is professional, cordial, and competent. Book directly for best price. Rooms are nice. Our double-double was very spacious for 2 people, had a decent closet and relatively large bathroom. Location is very good, especially for being right on Lombard. (I have ended up in room facing the bay the times I have stayed here.) Windows open for real air!! You're gonna hear some street noise and from restaurants below. Better than you'd imagine. And 1 car parks for free. A great value.
Very spacious and comfortable suite. Beds were firm and clean. Full kitchen and secure parking was a plus. Lloyd was most helpful during check-in. Plenty of food options nearby. We will certainly be back. Highly Recommended !!
You can expect super comfy beds in average inn at excellent location (a lot of bus lines passes through Lombard street). The price is reasonable. There is no breakfast but you can have an excellent (but pricey) one in the building next door. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a free parking. Overall, don't expect luxury, but this is a perfect budget friendly place to stay in San Francisco.
