Paddle the waters of San Francisco Bay in warm and protected Redwood City! Rent a single or double kayak right here at our shop located right on the water. Convenient, fast rentals that will get you on the water and enjoying the beauty of San Francisco Bay. Our paddling area is located ajacent to a Marine Sanctuary called Bair Island where you can see a variety of bird life and our resident colony of harbor seals. Our kayak rental includes everything you need to get on the water. With that said its a good idea to bring a bottle of water and hat and make sure to put on your sunscreen as its usually warm and sunny here in Redwood City. You should also bring a change of clothes as you will definitely get a little wet because hey its a water sport! Bring a picnic lunch and hang out in our waterside picnic area after paddling or grab a bite to eat at our neighboring food truck the Blue Fish Kitchen. Make your trip a special one by seeing the Bay Area from its best vanatage point - the water! We are located 20 minutes south of San Francisco Airport so its a convenient option for the whole family to have some fun together!

Important Information

• It's usually warm and sunny in Redwood City, so prepare accordingly. You will get a little wet, so bringing a change of clothes is recommended. After paddling, you can enjoy a picnic in the waterside area or grab a bite at the Blue Fish Kitchen food truck. The paddling area is adjacent to Bair Island Marine Sanctuary, offering a chance to see diverse bird life and harbor seals.
