Never a free squat rack except at odd hours. No proper locker room for women. Camera in the one (1) unisex changing stall, so I never used it. Rarely available lockers and half of them are stuck so cannot lock. Several of the trainers are pushy about advertising. I just want a place that is quiet and near to where I live that I can work out. This is a very clean gym which I do love, but it’s really packed all the time when I can go, and they are starting to do membership drives which means it will get even more so.
Cloves are being reinstated. Prepare for "it's" unearthing. Impact time is calculating. Throttling will occur, time will be of the essence. Some will be lost. Cloves, a part of life. Not apart of death. From Travis, with love, a shovel waiting to dig in. Where's my quantum leap? ;-) I'll have his head! I can't saying anything mean without it being a back handed joke. I know someone loves him. And yes, he's a partial influencer on why I chose French. Or why alot of people choose anything. If you knew how to cue it, you wouldn't.
This gym is great! Ryan really helped me get setup and was kind enough to show me a tour of the facility. I had no idea this gem existed here in the city, right here in my backyard!
