The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco
San Francisco
Reseñas
It’s our first time staying at the Ritz Carlton San Francisco, and the experience was great! As soon as we parked our car at the door, we were greeted. When we checked in, Aiden Roberts were the gentleman who helped us. He’s very friendly and chatted with us and made us feel welcomed. Hotel is undergoing an upgrade but we hardly hear any noise. The room and the bathroom is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We ordered some Room service and the BLT is very good. The location is great too. Close to China town which we explored and had a good time. Many good things about Ritz Carlton, but it’s the service and atmosphere that made our stay so amazing
My clients always stay here and completely agree: this is the most comfortable and luxurious hotel in San Francisco. The attention to detail is exceptional. If you are looking for true excellence, there is no better place in the city.
I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, during a work trip centered on an important client meeting in Oakland with a senior colleague. The hotel matched the formality of the occasion, occupying a grand neoclassical building on Nob Hill with an immediate sense of institutional weight. From arrival onward, the experience felt opulent, composed, and unmistakably Ritz-Carlton. My room was enormous, with a beautiful bathroom and furnishings that were deeply traditional, almost Victorian in mood. Everything was impeccably maintained, although the aesthetic seemed designed for an older and more conservative guest than I was at the time. That was not so much a defect as a clear point of view, and the space remained very comfortable. That stay helped shape my broader impression of the Ritz-Carlton brand as a guardian of classical luxury. The hotel has been refreshed since my visit, so its rooms may now feel more contemporary, but the landmark architecture and Nob Hill location remain central to its identity. Travelers who prefer modern minimalism may find the formality excessive; those who want grandeur, space, and a strong sense of tradition will immediately understand the appeal.
3rd year celebrating 4th of July here at the Ritz Carlton SF! Our family tradition of staying here at the Ritz for 3 days 7-2 to 7-5 then to Stanford camp! This year the hotel has some remodeling going on. It is still very quiet in the rooms. Our kids love to see the Bell Men in the tall hats every year. We always are happy to see Landon greeting us in our room. This location is epic. Our Mandrin speaking family enjoys all the China town shops that is so walkable from the hotel. The trolley rides close by so we do not have to walk up hill. The queen beds here are super cumfy. We appreciate that you can ask for a small refrigerator in the room. Our toddler still drinks his special milk so this helps to keep it cold. Turn down service is superior here. So great coming back to a fresh clean room after hours of walking all day. Kids love the chocolates and the Ritz lion! The Ritz Lion stuffies has changed this year... bring back the old ones.. please! This year, we wanted to express our deepest gratitude and a big shout-out to two incredible young women, Mausami and Anu, in housekeeping. Our little one became quite unwell and had a rather unpleasant episode of vomiting. Unfortunately, sheets had to change the bedsheets. It was two women who were so sweet, kind, and was a lifesaver, helping me out. I only asked them to change the bedsheets. They were so sweet and helped me figure out how to use the remote on the TV to play YouTube videos for my toddler to help him relax. Mausami and Anu are so kind and sweet, both interacting with my little sick son. I even tried to tip them, but they declined. It was an unforgettable and amazing stay once again at the Ritz Carlton hotel, not just for the luxury and spacious rooms, but for the amazing staff they have. Thank you Mausami, Anu and Landon. See you next year!
Had a decent 3 night stay. It was a beautiful building and close to all my tour meeting spots. Front desk employees and bellhops were average. Room was clean and bartenders and housekeeping were good. The fitness room was excellent and probably one of the highlights of my trip. It was clean, bright, and well stocked.
