She is one of the most talented and gifted practitioners I have ever encountered, and she has built something truly special at Ecstatic Spa. What sets her apart is the way she fuses the most advanced reverse aging technology and techniques with the deeply restorative art of sound healing. The results rival what you would expect from invasive procedures, without any of the downtime, the trauma, or the artificial look. My skin is visibly lifted, brighter, firmer, and more luminous, and somehow I always leave feeling like my entire nervous system has been reset. Irina is constantly investing in cutting edge tools and refining her craft, but what makes her extraordinary is the intuition and care she brings to every session. She reads your skin, your energy, your body, and tailors the experience accordingly. It is part science, part art, part pure magic. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this. I’ve had facials in a lot of places, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. She is incredibly knowledgeable and actually takes the time to understand your skin instead of just doing a “one size fits all” treatment. I did microchanneling with her, and not only was the process way more comfortable than I expected, but my skin looked noticeably smoother, brighter, and more even within days. What really stood out to me is how intentional she is — everything she does feels customized and thoughtful. Her space is also super clean, calming, and professional, which makes the whole experience feel elevated - not to mention that Irina is just a magical being to be around! If you’re in San Francisco and care about your skin, I highly recommend seeing her. I’ve been going to Irina at Esthetics Spa in San Francisco for a while now, and I genuinely trust her with my skin.
