I booked this hotels from Agoda webpage , 2 Adults no option 2 twinned , when we arrived ask to reception any available room , staff is very aggressive and said No you booked this , I told them I’m also hoteliers and I’m just asking any availability!!! They give us Handicap room 411 unbelievable bed size very small 160 and very high !! How is possible this bed for handicapped guests impossible, Tourism authority should inspection this hotels and standard!!! Brekfast is so funny, Bagels, cream cheese butter, nice coffee . Please be careful your deposits , when I told during checkout time to receptionist ladies and show here I have room check out videos all recorded she is very angry me let me check my self , I told her sure we can go and check room together she refused and check alone , after 7-8 min later come back and nothing said us anything!!! I ask again when can we get out. Deposits she told me 2-3 hrs later will return our credit card but 3 days nothing come , I send email to hotels they reply me maybe 7-8 days after bank issue but till now nothing received!!!!
I was expecting something run down, but it was honestly a really great stay. I don’t usually post reviews but the owners were just so nice and welcoming. My room was clean, room service was good, and they answered all the questions I had. It seems like a super sketch area but the inside is honestly very well maintained. Best super 8 I’ve ever stayed at by far.
The room was clean and the weather was great making it a great place to stay if you want to walk to good places to eat and take electric bikes to other destinations. You are greeted by lots of homeless people, but they don't bother you. You can't beat the price for the value you get in that location! All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Great experience staying here for 1 night (early April). Room was as described on my credit card’s travel portal. Super affordable price for the area. The room was clean and neat, plenty to make your stay comfortable for the price. Room was a little noisy at night, sounded like trash truck/ construction outside. However, knowing the price I paid I had no issues falling asleep. The noise is the only thing for 4 stars. I wish I could give 4.5/5.
Had a great time, we had a pleasant surprise, We booked a standard queen room, but when we got there was informed that we got upgraded to a queen suite and it was really nice. Especially with all of the different choices in San Francisco most not having a restroom in the room this not only had a full restroom but a bathtub and a separate room with a TV. It was super cute and I highly recommend staying here. The area was also close to a lot of shopping choices, and the food was not too bad in the area as well again I would highly recommend it to anybody trying to save a little bit of money and wanting that good room feeling.
