Reviews
Great location for anyone who wants to spend some time exploring this particular side of SF, such as Presidio. Room’s clean. Some service is good, for example, our checked luggage was already put in our room when we came back to check in. One suggestion to the hotel staff: please make sure the coffee and milk in the lobby is always refilled. There are some pretty good restaurants nearby. We ordered some DoorDash to the hotel, and it was great! It’s becoming a pretty good travel hack.
I have stayed in many Hyatt Hotels. The Laurel Inn is not the "fanciest", but more than makes up for it with its excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. The manager, Gill Eklof, probably sets the tone for what makes it so special. She and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Our stay was probably one of the most pleasant visits I have had in San Francisco. I would definitely return again.
We recommend The Laurel Inn. The staff & Manager Gill were excellent. They all went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The rooms were comfortable, bed, sheets, pillows, shower were perfect. The location near restaurants, bakeries, and all the nearby neighborhoods are full of great things to explore
Fantastic little hotel. King size room was spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and had great restaurant recommendations. I would stay again!
