Reviews
TBH I didnt have any qualms here, it was fairly clean, service was good, front desk was great etc. What really grossed me out and caused me to leave a poor review was the fact that their pillow cases were terrible. I reserved a 2 queen bed and it was just me. I slept with all the pillows (8) and about 3-4 overnight had their pillow cases just fall off, so I had constant contact with nasty stained pillows without the cover most of the time. I thought that was pretty disgusting even though it didnt change much of my experience. Swap your pillow covers so someone doesnt wake up to a stained coverless pillow in their face/mouth!!!!
This hotel is great value. Well located, free parking, simple, clean, and a comfortable bed. This place is no frills but priced accordingly and a great place to explore from. We will be back!
Little gem downtown. Clean and airy, free parking and extremely convenient, walking distance from opera house to consulates. Manager Biren Mahida was very nice and accommodating, exceptional service! We had an appointment around midday and he allowed us to check out later and even stay parked until we were back. I had forgotten something in the room and we had to go back to get it and the item was retrieved and ready for me. This kind of service will make us come back again for sure.
I was expecting more for the price. Conveniently located to Bill Graham. The location is nice and safe for San Francisco. The the overall room, service and parking was not great. Parking is free but limited, the street ain't any better. They had additional spaces in the back but for some reason half the spaces were fenced off. We told front desk, since there was a free space with cone out front or even offer of a discount would have been better, but they suggested a tight space that was hard to get to on their property. We ended up parking across the street down the block in a parking lot for an additional price. We always check our room for bed bugs. Thankfully none found but did find questionable stains on the bed and a few hairs. The toilet was going off throughout the night, was really annoying, I couldn't get a good night's rest. The door to the room also did not close properly, you really had to pull/push in order for it to be secured. I don't think we will be staying here again.
