Spent one night in San Fransisco and found this hotel as a promotion rate on Hotels.com. The location was great, you can catch both cable car lines right outside the hotel. They have a nice covered car port which makes drop offs and pickups really nice. The room was nice, I had a neat view even from the 4th floor, but did find the street noise to be pretty loud. There's a lively bar / restaurant in the lobby. They do a breakfast but know it's not included in every reservation. The staff was very friendly and they happily held my luggage after I checked out while I went exploring for the morning. I'd definitely stay here again.

Loved the spot 1000% recomend. Friendly staff. Loved the room and the view. Heater and AC. Good food. Beautiful building. I wish i could of stayed longer. Free coffee in the morning at the lobby. We asked for a kettle for tea at 10 pm after a concert and they sent one to our room. Great service. Our flight left very late and they let us store our baggage there so we could be tourists around town and not worry. We came back for our bags at the end of the day and

Great convenient and central location, 10 min walk from Chinatown. Room is spacious and queen beds are comfortable with 2 pillows per person. A little old but charming. I like how the sink and toilet/shower area were separate. Only downside was the heater in the room wasn’t really working, so it was too cold inside. Complimentary bottled water and coffee in the lobby. Front desk were friendly. I would stay again!

I didn’t realize this hotel is at the top of Powell Street and California where the iconic cable cars are available. The HOTEL itself is wonderful, amazing and the staff is quite accommodating. The restaurant and bar provide good food and better service. Unfortunately coffee service in the restaurant isn’t available until 6 AM. That was the only down side.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the cable car, 10-15 min walk to Union square, 25-30 min walk on Powell Street to Pier 39( Fisherman’s Ward) The Staff is extremely nice, helpful and polite. The rooms have everything you would need, clean, quiet and very comfortable beds. They do feel a bit dated in the decor, washrooms and carpets, etc… compared to other hotels. Very nice gym with everything you need for a good workout. Business center works great. GOOD JOB 👏🏻
